How long is the warranty on a Baltic watch ?

All of our watches come with a two-year warranty effective from the date of shipping. This warranty does not cover any damage caused to the watch through neglect, accidental damage, carelessness, improper use, or non-compliance with the instructions provided by BALTIC Watches.

Where can I get my watch repaired?

Should you have any issues with your watch, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email at [email protected]

Are BALTIC watches waterproof?

All of our watches are waterproof. The HMS and BICOMPAX collections are waterproof up to 50 meters (5 atm). The AQUASCAPHE collection can withstand depths of up to 200 meters (20 atm). However, we would recommend avoiding contact with water if you are wearing a leather bracelet.

After contact with seawater, it's essential to clean your watch with fresh water.

How do I change the straps?

All of our watches have drilled lugs. Besides giving a vintage feel, these drilled lugs allow you to easily remove the strap by pushing the pump on the side of the lugs through the hole (you could use a toothpick, for example).

If you have our bead of rice bracelet, it's even easier; you can simply remove the bracelet with two fingers. That's possible due to our easy-bar/quick release mechanism.

Do you offer a personalised engraving service?
