The Aquascaphe is a watch with a true respect of the vintage codes, without compromises, within the modern quality standards. The diameter is 38mm at the case and 39mm with the bezel, with 47mm lug to lug and 13mm of thickness (11mm without glass).

Ultra-resistant sapphire glass and bezel

The Aquascaphe comes with a double dome sapphire glass that makes it virtually impossible to scratch. Sapphire is known as one of the toughest materials on earth, making this watch ultra-resistant.

Sapphire has also been used on the bezel, giving it a modern "bakelite" appearance enhancing the vintage style. It gives a unique "depth" to the bezel.

The Aquascaphe Classic has a 120 clicks rotating bezel, an essential part of a diving watch. It allows you to control the dive time and thus to respect the decompression stops. The insert is made of sapphire, known as one of the toughest materials on earth, making this watch ultra-resistant.

Once I bought the aquascaphe I've been researching about vintage divers watches and Baltic is certainly a remarkable reissue of a vintage dive watch. Good price for what it delivers, almost the same as many luxury brands.

Great timepiece, feels premium for the price point. Obviously a tribute to skindivers of old, yet maintains its own character and originality. Would love to see a blue gilt without fauxtina.
