Customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to return products and ask for a refund or exchange. Before any refund or exchange can be processed, the customer must contact BALTIC Watches via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All goods must be returned by the customer to BALTIC Watches at their own expense. The items must be returned to BALTIC Watches by no later than 14 days from the date of notifying the company about their decision to return the items.
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in an unused condition. The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer once BALTIC Watches receives the goods.
In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by BALTIC Watches. Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be given.
