The Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise its right of withdrawal and ask for a refund or an exchange. To obtain a free return slip, please go to our contact page and fill out the relevant form. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of notifying Baltic Watches about their decision to return the items.
The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Baltic Watches.

Could be 5* with a better crown
Looks good, wears well and keeps very good time. My only issue is with the crown, it feels flimsy by comparison to the rest of the watch, and for a GMT watch, which requires frequent setting, the crown is very important. Apart from that, I’m very happy.

Solid watch, great design
Love the watch, the design and the overall quality. Good communication from the company. The crown is wiggly which I now know is common to the movement used in the watch. I am totally fine with this however I wish I knew before purchasing so that my expectation wasn’t thrown off upon receipt.
Great introductory watch, doesn't compete with big boys but I still love it.
This is a beautiful watch, looks handsome in person, and for the price I am completely satisfied (minus some import duty issues I faced purchasing this from the US!). It must be said that it doesn't compare to it's ~$5k big brothers in terms of quality. Certain elements, such as the clicking when adjusting the bi-directional bez...
