The Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise its right of withdrawal and ask for a refund or an exchange. To obtain a free return slip, please go to our contact page and fill out the relevant form. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of notifying Baltic Watches about their decision to return the items.
The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Baltic Watches.

I absolutely love the watch. The sandwich indices, the sapphire bezel, the 4hz movement, the beads of rice bracelet it came with, the size and proportions.... I could go on. I've already bought a couple of NATOs and a rubber strap for it, and finding it quite hard to wear any of my other watches. Thank you Etienne and Baltic.
